ELIGIBILITY FOR FINANCING OR LEASING

You can easily and affordably lease-to-own furniture for your home through Acima, or finance it through Koalafi. To begin the application, simply click on one of the images below. This will take you directly to the online application form.

Acima does not require a credit check, just a soft inquiry and verification of your regular income. They offer a 90-day early purchase option with a $53 initial payment. Koalafi does perform a credit check, but may approve a higher financing amount per account. Koalafi provides a 90-day same-as-cash option with an initial payment of only $49.

Once you've completed the application, please call or text 502-650-4725 so we can schedule a time for you to view our inventory or arrange a delivery. The application will request your banking information to validate your income, along with your license details to confirm your identity. The Couch Den also accepts Venmo/Cash app.

Is delivery available?

Yes, we offer delivery at a reasonable rate based on the distance in Louisville, KY.

Are you interested in purchasing or accepting my couch as a trade-in?

We're happy to consider any furniture you're interested in selling or trading. Just text a photo of the item to (502) 650-4725, and we'll be glad to discuss a potential deal with you.

Do you have a particular couch in mind that you can't find here?

Simply inquire, and we'll make every effort to procure the couch you desire promptly. Our extensive connections in the Louisville Kentucky region often enable us to readily locate the specific item you're seeking.

Does The Couch Den take any couch?

The Couch Den does not accept every couch. To qualify, a couch needs to be inspected for severe damages, bugs, and non-antique style. We professionally repair and reclean, we do not reupholster.

Are there any costs to the couch removal process?

There is no cost to having a couch removed when it qualifies and passes inspection. Our free removal is available within 30 miles of Louisville, KY.

Does The Couch Den accept other pieces of furniture?

The Couch Den only works with couches, sectionals, and sometimes chairs. Third party options are available for other pieces of furniture (most likely for a fee).

What does the removal process look like?

Once you submit the removal request form our team will review the submission. If the items are ones that we can work with we will reach out and schedule a time to inspect it. If it passes the inspection then we will remove it for no cost.
